Dr. Mario Romero

Dr. Mario Romero comes to us with over 27 years of combined private practice and academic experience. He is a dentist and a scholar! He has received many awards for his achievements in scientific research and service to the profession, including the Augusta University Outstanding Faculty Award, Pierre Fauchard Academy Dental Education Award, and the Dental College of Georgia’s Research and Scholarship Award. In addition to his research, he has given lectures in over 25 countries on topics related to esthetic and restorative dentistry.

Dr. Mario is an experienced and compassionate dentist who continued the legacy of excellence that our practice is known for. He and his wife have four amazing children. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Romero is an avid soccer fan (and jersey collector) and he is also an excellent chef.
